Vendor journey

From a first call to a running pipeline

Seven steps, and you see them all coming. No blank forms, no proposal you did not ask for, and nothing goes out under your name that you have not read.

The route

What happens, and who does it

The order below is the normal path, not a fixed procedure. If you want to sign straight after the NDA, you sign straight after the NDA.

1

Introduction

Thirty minutes. What you sell, where you sell it today, and why Europe now. During or right after the call you see the platform itself, live — not a slide about it.

You get

  • An honest read on whether there is a route
  • No obligation either way
2

NDA

Before anything substantive is shared, in either direction. You are about to hand over product documentation and market plans; that is not a conversation to have on trust alone.

You get

  • A signed mutual NDA
3

Your documents

You get a shared folder and upload what you already have: company and product information, positioning, references. This is the only step where the work is mostly yours — and it determines the quality of everything after it.

You get

  • Without your documents, anything we prepare would be guesswork that reads well
4

We prepare, you correct

You do not fill in a questionnaire. Based on your documents and our own research we draft the campaign: audience, positioning, message, route. You receive it pre-filled and correct what is wrong.

You get

  • A campaign written for the European market, in your words
  • Nothing was sent anywhere yet
5

Written assessment

Some vendors are ready to move at this point. Others need it on paper first, or need it for a board. Then we produce the written assessment from the same material.

Optional

  • A written EU Market Assessment, if you want it
  • Every claim with a source
Investment
€ 7.500credited against the engagement
6

Agreement

The commercial model, chosen together. Platform access, shared risk, or performance only. You sign; you own every customer relationship.

You get

  • A commercial agreement, no hidden clauses
  • You own the relationship
7

Live

The campaign goes out. HCI runs the go-to-market and stays in the deal. You watch the pipeline build, in the platform, in real time.

You get

  • A running pipeline you can see
  • Someone in the deal, not a report about it

It starts with thirty minutes

One call, an honest read, and the platform live in front of you.
